RIPE – A Farm to Table Dinner Benefiting Heirloom

Please join us for our First Farm to Table Fundraising Dinner!

Presented in conjunction with Edible Baja Arizona and Zona 78, RIPE will be held September 17 and 18 at Zona 78 on River Road from 5pm to 10pm.

RIPE will feature chef Kevin Fink’s exquisite plates paired with local wines and spirits, and pastry chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph’s mouthwatering desserts. The freshly harvested ingredients will be sourced from Tucson area farms selling at Heirloom Farmers Markets. Tapas-sized dishes will be offered for $10-$18, and a five-course meal for $60. The event will also feature a robust silent auction with a full spectrum of items for bidding. Net proceeds from the dinner and auction will directly benefit Heirloom Farmers Markets infrastructure development and education and outreach programs.

Heirloom Farmers Markets’ ability to expand our programming excellence is due in large part to the generosity of our supporters. We are a newly minted 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been serving the greater Tucson area for over a decade. Our mission is to connect, educate, and empower our community to create a vibrant food system that supports local food producers and proprietors.
